11.00 excursion with guide to Colle della Perla, Colle della Boaria, through a lunar landscape of rocks that characterize the Marguareis peak. Once we arrive at Colle dei Signori, we begin a climb of about 3 km to reach the Framagal Pass with a panoramic view up to the Ligurian Sea. The Colle delle Selle Vecchie introduces the forest of alpine vegetation of the Navette Park, leading to Monesi and the Statue of the Redeemer at an altitude of 2164 m asl, which we reach uphill for about 7km and continue on the ridge to reach the Rifugio La Terza.
19.00 Dinner with menu of the White Kitchen, the ancient kitchen of the shepherds who lived in the huts, at the La Terza Refuge.

Day 3
06.00 – 07.00 breakfast and sunrise view at an altitude of 2000 m
08.00 excursion with guide to the Tanarello hill, going downhill for 6 km on the French side which will take us back to Italy on the Colleardente pass. Continuing on the right, we will largely circle the Upper Argentina Valley for about 10 km uphill towards the Bassa di Marta where we can admire the remains of barracks from the Second World War. With a small deviation of 2 km on our itinerary we reach the Balconies of Marta, a fortified complex in the western Alpine valley dating back to 1940, from which we see the entire Val Roja and in the distance our starting point The Central Fort. Waiting for us on the itinerary is Monte Gray where there is another large barracks overlooking the Colle Melosa and the Tenarda dam which we will reach with a descent of about 5 km, the last stretch of dirt road. At Colle Melosa we stop for a coffee before facing the asphalt road towards Molini di Triora for 17 km. At this point we take the valley bottom for 25 km towards Arma di Taggia where we will enter the cycle path by the sea to return to Villa Giada Resort .

Day 2:
Ligurian Crooks – A single trail day in Val Prino
After breakfast, first technical guide lesson, depending on the group and driving skills, in 2 difficulty classes. We also approach you to difficult techniques in order to progress rapidly. The paths of Val Prino are a circuit that we found in October 2011 clean and prepared for you

Day 3:
Roller coaster – Trail directly on the sea
Transfer by shuttle bus for about 30 minutes to Laigueglia. Here begins a ridge directly on the sea, on whose flanks face an entire series of single-beam roller coasters, perfect for another workshop on driving technique. Climb from 0 to 600 meters above the sea and before returning to the base, enjoy the Ligurian beach.

Day 4:
Picnic with sea view
Once again we start directly from our hotel to face different tours in 2 different levels: San Remo or Dolceacqua with its famous bridge.

Day 5:
Excursion to the freeride slopes of Diano Marina
The Wild Boar Trail is the most photographed right-hand bend in Italy.
Mule tracks, smuggling routes and some technical trails are the freeride routes that you take through stone walls and terraces suspended above Cervo: natural roller coasters to be discovered.

Day 6:
Excursion to Adi’s Bike Paradise in Val Argentina
We visit our “friend” Adi, who has created “the dream of every biker” in Val Argentina – and has opened a land crossed by 350 km of singletrack. It is impossible to face them all in one day and that’s why we let you try our favorites!

Day 7:
Joker Day – The best spot of the week!
We still have so much to show you! The paths in the Rezzo woods? Our beloved “FairWayTrail”? Or a trip to one of the already known places but did you like it too much? Our last day is dedicated to you and your requests!

Day 8: driving home
Everything ends sooner or later … and after breakfast you go back home!

Day 2: excursion with guide “A ride by the sea”

09.00 excursion with guide “A pedal on the sea”. We will start the week with an excursion with a guide to get familiar with the bicycle and the area. We will reach San Lorenzo al Mare to enter the cycle path of the Riviera dei Fiori coastal park. A route about 24 km long overlooking the sea, on the old route of the railway line.
15.00 -19.00 After bike, relax in the two (heated) swimming pools of Villa Giada Resort.

09:00 hike with guide “The fish of the Ligurian Sea” 30 km – uphill difference in altitude / 633 m. – ft. Day dedicated to the Ligurian hinterland, between roads surrounded by olive trees and dry stone walls. The excursion will end on the tourist port of Oneglia with a lunch break based on the catch of the day on board the “Pingone” fishing boat.

15.00 -19.00 After bike, armed with pestle and mortar, we will prepare the original recipe of Ligurian pesto in the cooking workshop
